We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director, Financial Planning and Accounting (FP&A) to lead financial planning and analysis for all Go-to-Market (GTM) functions. This role will be a key partner to our GTM leadership, providing strategic insights, financial rigor, and operational guidance to accelerate growth and optimize performance.

The ideal candidate combines deep FP&A expertise, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders. They will manage a small, high-performing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy for our revenue-generating organizations.

As a Senior Director, FP&A, you’ll get to:
  • Serve as the primary FP&A leader for all GTM functions, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Revenue Operations leadership.
  • Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for GTM functions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Deliver actionable insights through financial models, dashboards, and KPI tracking to inform decision-making and improve ROI on GTM investments.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with GTM executives, highlighting performance trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to align pipeline forecasting, bookings outlook, and revenue projections with financial plans.
  • Guide GTM leaders on resource allocation, headcount planning, and investment prioritization.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of FP&A professionals, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Support the Head of Finance in company-wide strategic initiatives, board reporting, and investor presentations.
  • Continuously enhance FP&A tools, processes, and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and impact.
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or related fields, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong track record supporting GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience) in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.

This role is 100% remote in Denver, CO. This role is not eligible for remote work in any other location.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Denver, CO is $210000 - $280000.

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Denver, CO only. Compensation for candidates outside of Denver, CO will be based on the candidate’s specific work location. 

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
