We are seeking a strategic and operational finance leader to join our finance organization as Senior Director, Finance. Reporting to the VP, Finance, this role will lead key planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnership activities while helping scale the finance function, improve decision support, and drive operational excellence across the company.

As a Senior Director of Finance, you will:
- Partner closely with the VP, Finance and CFO to provide financial insights and support key strategic and operational decisions.
- In partnership with the VP, Finance, lead the company planning, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Partner with functional leaders to develop budgets, evaluate investments, and improve financial accountability.
- Own key SaaS metrics reporting, management reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and board support materials.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and lender/investor reporting requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A systems, reporting capabilities, automation, and data governance.
- Develop and mentor members of the finance team while helping scale organizational capabilities and processes.
What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months
- Become a trusted partner to the VP, Finance, CFO, and business leaders, providing actionable insights that improve decision-making.
- Establish scalable planning, forecasting, and reporting processes that improve accuracy, accountability, and visibility across the business.
- Elevate management, board, and investor reporting through disciplined analysis and clear communication.
- Drive automation across FP&A processes, reducing manual effort and increasing team productivity.
- Introduce AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve forecasting, analysis, and decision support.
- Strengthen cross-functional business partnerships and help develop a high-performing finance organization.
- Improve operating leverage through better resource allocation, financial discipline, and data-driven decision-making.
What YOU bring to the team:
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership experience.
- Proven FP&A leadership experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or software company.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business partnering.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models.
- Experience with ERP and planning platforms such as NetSuite or Adaptive Planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
