· Partner closely with the Investment & Strategy team to execute on defined portfolio guidelines and market priorities

· Align commercial deal terms with modeling assumptions, risk parameters, and return expectations

· Build and maintain high-trust relationships with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, developers, landowners, and market counterparties

· Monitor and respond to regulatory, interconnection, and policy changes across priority markets

· Represent the company at industry events and strategic stakeholder engagements

Team Leadership

· Lead and develop a high-performing Origination team; mentor team members and define accountability metrics
