Job Description

Renaissance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Digital Marketing to lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategies across our U.S. and global portfolio. This senior leadership role is instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative and inclusive digital marketing practices tailored for diverse global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Marketing Leadership and Product Marketing teams to develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies for U.S. and international markets, including newly acquired brands.
  • Lead the digital marketing roadmap and oversee cross-channel campaigns spanning paid media, SEO, content marketing, and website initiatives.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI and long-term impact.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies supporting website management, content development, and performance marketing.
  • Design scalable marketing processes that encourage innovation and adaptability.
  • Hire, lead, and support high-performing digital marketing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and inclusivity.
  • Work closely with U.S. and global stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates through data-informed improvements.
  • Partner with analytics teams to translate marketing data into actionable insights.
  • Coordinate digital activities related to acquisitions and system integrations.
  • Collaborate across functions to understand digital needs, identify resources, and manage the implementation of web services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow subscriber engagement and website traffic.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent professional experience is also valued.

Experience:

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including 3–5 years in a leadership role with global responsibilities
  • Experience designing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated success developing digital marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences, across global markets
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics tools and marketing technologies
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic decisions
  • Experience managing digital channels, website development, and design teams
  • Proven experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and paid digital media in global contexts
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships
  • Experience aligning marketing strategies with broader organizational goals

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to working across cultures and time zones
  • Deep knowledge of website development processes—from initial concept to launch
  • Familiarity with web technologies including servers, caching, and backend development (e.g., PHP, databases)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Content Management Systems (such as WordPress), and understanding of W3C Web standards
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, cross-browser/platform compatibility, firewalls, and mySQL
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Understanding of digital accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508)
  • Proficient with digital analytics platforms (e.g., GA4), SEO best practices, and paid advertising channels

Additional Information

Salary Range: $145,800-$180,400. This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
