About the Role
Outreach is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications to elevate and protect our corporate reputation, drive brand visibility, and advance our business objectives through world-class storytelling and integrated marketing initiatives.
This senior leader will oversee all aspects of corporate communications and media relations, from message development and executive visibility to global media strategy and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven communications executive who thrives at the intersection of brand, reputation, and business impact. This role offers a path to future leadership growth.
Your Daily Adventures will Include
- Set the strategic direction for Outreach’s corporate marketing and communications efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and executive priorities.
- Serve as media strategist and counselor to senior executives, providing thoughtful guidance, message development, and coaching.
- Lead proactive media team — Guide the communications team in identifying, developing, and placing compelling Outreach stories in top-tier business, technology, and innovation outlets across print, digital, and broadcast.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier business, technology, and industry media to secure ongoing, balanced coverage of Outreach’s corporate vision and leadership.
- Develop and deliver high-quality content, including press releases, executive messaging platforms, Q&As, thought leadership pieces, and speeches.
- Drive executive visibility programs, including speaking opportunities, bylines, and panels that reinforce Outreach’s market leadership and innovation.
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and communications functions to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and consistent external messaging.
- Support reputation management, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to anticipate and address emerging issues.
- Leverage social and digital media to amplify Outreach’s corporate narrative and leadership voice.
- Mentor and develop communications team members, fostering growth and excellence within the organization.
- Build scalable processes that ensure coordination, transparency, and alignment across all communications activities.
- Develop and lead the corporate social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice, message alignment, and real-time engagement.
- Oversee day-to-day management of Outreach’s corporate social channels, including content planning, community engagement, performance tracking, and executive reporting.
- Build and manage executive social media programs, partnering with senior leaders to strengthen their thought leadership presence and amplify Outreach’s key narratives.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align organic and paid social strategies for maximum impact.
- Use analytics to evaluate performance, guide content strategy, and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Lead the company’s employee social media advocacy program, equipping employees with tools, content, and training to effectively and authentically share Outreach’s story.
- Mentor and develop communications team members, fostering growth and excellence within the organization.
- Build scalable processes that ensure coordination, transparency, and alignment across all communications activities.
Our Vision of you
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or integrated marketing for leading brands, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven success managing top-tier media relationships and developing communications programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience coaching and supporting senior executives in media and thought leadership settings.
- Expertise in managing and measuring communications effectiveness using data and analytics.
- Strong understanding of the evolving media and digital landscape.
- Experience with major product or brand launches in a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing internal teams and/or agencies to deliver results.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently, think strategically, and execute with precision.
