Position Purpose: In conjunction with leadership, leads strategic business transformation programs with enterprise impact. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Centene leadership. Assist with the business transformation team's strategy, execution/delivery methodology, and realizing business benefits across the enterprise portfolio. Additionally, manage a team responsible for the day-to-day operations of Availity solutions. Source talent, coach, train, mentor and provide feedback; conduct annual reviews and all matters required by HR.
Operate as primary business contact for the enterprise's Availity relationship by:
Directing the implementation of the strategic roadmap for Availity products.
Partnering with clinical, operational, product, and vendor teams through the process of identifying and prioritizing new functionality for implementation.
Coordinating discovery, planning, and requirements with technical teams in preparation for capability delivery.
Facilitating change management by working with Product and Provider Experience teams on communicating new capabilities to health plans teams and other stakeholders.
Partnering with clinical, operational, and technical teams to resolve functionality issues arising from day-to-day operations.
Partnering with leadership on near and long-term objectives.
Partnering with operational and clinical leaders on business case development and value capture tracking.
Initiate and lead special projects related to Availity including minor enhancements, capability evaluations and analysis, and provider satisfaction initiatives.
Establish and maintain working relationships with health plans for regulatory and compliance guidance.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field. 9+ years of experience in at least three of the following: process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, project management. Consulting experience preferred.
License/Certification: Organizational Change Management (PROSCI, Six Sigma CAP, Kotter, Bridge’s Rogers Kubler), CEX, CMMI, Six Sigma, PMP preferred.
Pay Range: $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
