Sekisui Diagnostics, a leader in invitro diagnostics, is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Corporate Development/Business Development to lead business development function (Mergers & Acquisitions, Partnerships and licensing) to achieve our short- and long-term strategic goals and objectives.  In this key role, you will oversee show case your expertise in all aspects of Business Development and partnering by identifying and securing key business opportunities to augment SEKISUI’s organic growth efforts. You will prepare presentations and proposals and provide leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementation of these deals to support our strategic business objectives.

About You:

You are a Business Development professional with at least 10+ years of solid experience expanding corporate portfolios within the diagnostics industry.  Utilizing your strong business acumen, sound judgement and sharp negotiation skills, you will execute M&A’s, strategic agreements and partnerships to exceed company goals. Your superior collaboration & communications skills enable you to work cross-functionally to keep the organization informed and get deals across the finish line while supporting the departments you partner with and managing your team.  

To be successful in this role, you will use your deep knowledge of the diagnostics industry and key players to identify, evaluate and manage new strategic business prospects and initiatives to augment SEKISUI’s organic growth efforts. You will advance our product portfolio by assessing opportunities for further negotiation and execution of deals, including M&A’s, partnerships, ventures and other third-party collaborations.
