About the Role
As the Senior Director of Brand Strategy, you will drive strategic partnerships with a national franchise brands to accelerate growth and brand expansion. You'll align brand priorities with Scorpion’s digital marketing solutions, uncover new opportunities, and champion scalable marketing strategies across SEM, SEO, content marketing, and business development.

What Your Success Will Look Like
- Build and expand executive-level relationships with franchisor corporate leadership, serving as the primary strategic partner between Scorpion and the brand.
- Translate national business objectives into scalable digital marketing strategies that drive success at both the corporate and franchisee levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between brand priorities and franchisee initiatives.
- Communicate brand priorities effectively to Scorpion’s internal franchisee account management teams, ensuring clarity and consistency in execution.
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks that empower franchisees to optimize marketing efforts and drive local business growth.
- Provide strategic insights to internal teams to enhance franchisee performance and adoption of Scorpion products and services.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to shape growth strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth at both the national and local levels.
Who You Are And What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Data Science, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with direct client management experience at the enterprise or franchise brand level
- Skills:
- Deep expertise in SEM, SEO, content marketing, and multi-location marketing strategy.
- Strong executive presence and experience influencing C-suite or VP-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop strategic growth plans tied to business outcomes.
- Skilled in synthesizing data and market insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams to support broader client goals.

Compensation
We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.
- The base salary range is $135,000 (entry-level) - $145,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
