As construction’s most trusted safety platform, HammerTech has a team focus where we build safer, smarter, better – together. Our workforce is committed to individual and team empowerment so that our innovative approach is sustained, the growth in our capability is continuous and we excel in enhancing safety within the construction industry.

We offer a hybrid working model to support an inclusive and balanced work culture. To support the significant growth and development of the organization, we are seeking the expertise and capability of Senior Digital marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you’ll do at HammerTech

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a strong digital marketing executor. The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for building, launching, QA-checking, and continuously improving the digital journeys that move prospects from first engagement toward a marketing qualified lead (MQL). This role is designed for someone who thrives on getting work shipped. They are comfortable moving from a brief or agreed strategy into execution — building the page, configuring the workflow, creating the segmentation, setting up the tracking, testing the journey, identifying issues, and fixing them.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, this person translates channel and lifecycle strategy into reliable day-to-day delivery. This is primarily a hands-on production role (70%). Most of the week will be spent directly building, launching, QA-checking, and improving pages, emails, forms, workflows, nurture programs, and campaign assets in HubSpot. Performance data is used to improve that work - not as a standalone analytics function. With a focus on lifecycle and conversion this role will ensure that each next step in process is relevant, measurable, and operationally sound, with clear pathways into deeper engagement and sales follow-up.

Responsibilities

Lifecycle and conversion execution

  • Nurture programs: Build, maintain, and optimize multi-stage HubSpot nurture workflows based on behavior, persona, lifecycle stage, and campaign engagement, demo follow-up, webinar sequences, and re-engagement flows.
  • Segmentation and enrollment: Work together with RevOps to create and maintain active lists, suppression logic, workflow enrollment rules, and segmented experiences so the right contacts receive the right message at the right time.
  • Personalization: Implement HubSpot smart content and dynamic modules tailored by persona, vertical, lifecycle stage, region, or traffic source.
  • Lead scoring support: Maintain marketing-side scoring rules, audit contact behavior and outcomes, gather feedback, and recommend improvements in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager and RevOps.
  • Lead handoff quality: Test and monitor marketing triggers and enrollment logic that support HubSpot-to-Salesforce handoffs; identify and escalate routing or data issues quickly.

Website, content, and campaign production

  • HubSpot CMS execution: Build and update landing pages, website pages, forms, CTAs, smart content, and reusable modules; manage formatting, tracking, responsive behavior, and cross-device QA.
  • Campaign infrastructure: Build the digital assets required for campaign launches, including pages, forms, emails, lists, workflows, campaign records, and UTM tracking.
  • Content publishing: Partner with the Growth Content Manager to format, publish, and package blogs, case studies, gated assets, videos, and resource pages in HubSpot.
  • Site maintenance: Perform recurring audits for broken links, form errors, tracking gaps, stale content, accessibility concerns, and conversion blockers; resolve or escalate issues promptly.

CRO and journey optimization

  • Journey implementation: Translate visitor intent, traffic source, entry point, and behavioral signals into practical page, CTA, form, and nurture improvements.
  • Testing: Set up and run structured A/B tests on landing pages, CTAs, forms, email elements, and key conversion paths according to the agreed test roadmap.
  • Analysis and iteration: Monitor results, document learnings, recommend next actions, and implement approved winning variants.

Always-on digital channel support

  • Video and YouTube operations: Upload and place videos, manage metadata and destinations, apply tracking, and monitor performance.
  • Campaign monitoring: Identify broken journeys, disapproved or misdirected assets, tracking issues, and underperforming conversion points; fix what is within scope and escalate material risks.

Performance monitoring and campaign QA/QC

  • Funnel monitoring: Track conversion from visit to lead, lead to MQL, and MQL to SQL; identify drop-off points and support prioritized improvements.
  • Performance monitoring:  Review campaign and journey performance to identify practical improvements to pages, forms, emails, CTAs, workflows, and nurture programs. Personally implement approved changes in HubSpot.
  • Governance and documentation: Maintain clear naming, folders, workflow notes, QA checklists, campaign records, UTM standards, and operating documentation so programs remain reliable and scalable.

Success Measures

  • Improvement in priority funnel conversion rates, including visit-to-lead, lead-to-MQL, and MQL-to-SQL.
  • Nurture engagement and lead progression by segment, lifecycle stage, and program.
  • Landing page, form, CTA, and email performance against agreed benchmarks and test goals.
  • Execution velocity and on-time delivery for pages, workflows, campaign assets, publishing, and optimization requests.
  • Quality and reliability of HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, tracking, links, and handoff triggers.
  • Speed and effectiveness in turning campaign performance findings into implemented improvements.
  • Contribution of lifecycle and conversion programs to sourced or assisted pipeline.
  • Reduction in avoidable launch defects, broken journeys, stale content, and unresolved conversion blockers.

Are you a good fit? Let’s start with the HammerTech Core Values:

Everyone at HammerTech lives by our company values of United, Innovative and Authentic and we hope you’ll help us bring these to life in your role.

While you may not come from construction or technology, we know you’ll fall in love with the industry. It’s known for passionate and caring people, team players and avid problem solvers who want to build a better world. With your help as Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, we’ll help construction build safer, smarter, better—together.

Our ideal candidate will bring the following:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing (preferably in SaaS), lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, demand generation, or a combined digital/conversion role.
  • Demonstrated track record of personally executing digital marketing programs end-to-end — not only developing strategy or managing agencies/partners — including building assets, configuring automation, completing QA, launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements.
  • HubSpot power user with experience using the CRM for page building, templates, modules, responsive QA, and content publishing.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining email nurture programs using behavioral and lifecycle logic.
  • Practical CRO experience, including setting up tests, interpreting results, and implementing improvements.
  • Working knowledge of lead scoring and experience partnering with RevOps on scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and handoffs.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, conversion tracking, UTMs, and digital performance reporting.
  • Experience supporting paid search, paid social, display, or video campaigns with campaign builds, landing pages, trafficking, tracking, or routine optimization.
  • Basic HTML and CSS for email styling, landing page adjustments, and HubSpot module troubleshooting is desirable.
  • Salesforce familiarity and an understanding of HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration concepts are desirable.

And if you really want us to double back, you’ll have:

  • Exceptional hands-on digital executor: Fast, accurate, and fluent in workflow logic, list health, CMS execution, campaign QA, and operating documentation.
  • Conversion-minded: Evaluates every touchpoint through the lens of user intent, relevance, clarity, and what should happen next.
  • Builder and optimizer: Uses performance results to decide what to change, then personally builds, tests, and launches the improvement.
  • Strong copy judgment: Can draft and iterate high-converting CTAs, email copy, form microcopy, and landing page headlines within approved messaging.
  • Detail-oriented: Catches broken links, tracking gaps, enrollment errors, formatting issues, and inconsistent experiences before they go live.
  • Self-directed: Manages a high-volume execution queue in a remote environment and communicates risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early. Comfortable managing multiple concurrent deliverables autonomously.
  • Collaborative: Works clearly and constructively across Digital, Content, RevOps, Sales, regional marketing teams, and external partners.
  • Proactive: Surfaces conversion gaps and operational improvements instead of waiting for a task list.

We recognize many of the skills we’ve developed over our careers are often transferable. We believe that creativity, enthusiasm, and drive are the keys to success. If you’re not sure you meet every qualification but feel you have other experience relevant to the role, we encourage you to apply.
