In this role

You’ll lead end-to-end in-product marketing campaigns for a major gaming subscription service across console, PC, mobile, and cloud. You’ll partner with Product Marketing to align roadmap, audiences, and priorities; translate campaign plans into actionable work items in Azure DevOps; and drive acquisition, upgrades, engagement, and retention through testing and iteration. You’ll build campaign decks with design, coordinate execution with production and operations, and report performance and learnings to stakeholders. The day-to-day is execution-heavy, data-driven, and fast-moving, with room to influence strategy as the business evolves.

Responsibilities

  • Own and ship in-product campaigns across all endpoints (console/PC/mobile/cloud).

  • Build campaign plans and decks with design; communicate creative and messaging clearly.

  • Convert plans to tickets for production in Azure DevOps; track to delivery.

  • Define audiences, targeting, and A/B testing plans; iterate based on results.

  • Partner with analytics/data science on measurement and optimization (sign-ups, upgrades, engagement, retention).

  • Align roadmap and priorities with Product Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Maintain a campaign playbook; share status, risks, and post-mortems.

  • Support partner management (including large external partners) via recurring reviews.

  • Contribute to GTM plans, including creative showcases and performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in digital marketing, campaign management, product marketing, paid media, or related.

  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing or related preferred).

  • Proven experience with ad trafficking/paid ads and managing web/in-product campaigns.

  • Hands-on A/B testing: setup, metrics, and iteration.

  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication.

  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with experiment design and KPI tracking.

  • Detail-oriented (typos are disqualifying).

  • Genuine passion for gaming and understanding of player audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in subscriptions, entertainment, or technology businesses.

  • Experience with digital merchandising and in-product surfaces.

  • Demonstrated success building repeatable campaign playbooks.

  • Excellent time management in fast, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Ability to translate strategy into clear creative briefs and executable work items.
