The Senior Digital Experience Designer will lead the design of digital experiences, collaborate with teams on conversion optimization, and ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, primarily for B2B SaaS.
As our next Senior Digital Experience Designer, you'll be helping architect our brand's entire digital ecosystem – from websites to email campaigns, social experiences, OOH campaigns. You'll be at the forefront of shaping how our brand shows up across every digital touchpoint, creating cohesive experiences and brand moments that convert prospects into customers and elevate our brand to new heights.You'll partner directly with our marketing and product teams to translate strategic business goals into compelling, high-impact digital experiences that span the complete customer journey. This isn't just about creating visuals; it's about pioneering a user-centric design approach across all digital channels and platforms, seeing your contributions directly impact our company's growth trajectory through every interaction customers have with our brand.
On a typical day, you might:
- Lead the design and optimization of our primary digital storefront to maximize conversion and user engagement.
- Create seamless user experiences that communicate our value proposition to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement and iterate on digital experience improvements.
- Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all digital marketing touchpoints.
- Design interactive presentations, calculators, and engagement tools that drive lead generation.
- Create high-converting landing pages and campaign experiences for paid advertising.
- Develop responsive digital experiences optimized across all devices.
- Design social media templates and interactive content for organic and paid campaigns.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business objectives into compelling digital experiences.
- Collaborate with Brand Experience Team on integrated campaign experiences.
- Partner with vendors for specialized digital projects.
- Communicate design vision effectively to developers and stakeholder.
- Stay current on UX trends and digital experience best practices in B2B SaaS.
- Implement cutting-edge design solutions leveraging motion, animation, and interactive elements.
- Champion user-centered design principles and data-driven optimization.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing design, UX/digital design, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, digital experience design, conversion optimization, and interactive content.
- Proven experience designing marketing websites, landing pages, marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools.
- Experience with A/B testing, user research, and conversion rate optimization.
- Exceptional typography skills and attention to visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication skills for presenting design concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Experience at high-growth SaaS companies ($100M+ revenue).
- Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
- Vendor management and external production experience
