At the forefront of Kunai’s recent modernization efforts is the development of a suite of next-generation automation platforms and tools, which will be instrumental in enabling repeatability, stability, and quality for multiple development teams in the money movement space. You’ll join a team of Senior DevOps Engineers and Cloud Architects, working on a highly visible, transformational migration project in a cutting-edge fintech environment.
You have:
- 5+ yrs experience with public cloud providers, e.g. AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Tangible history with DevOps tools, beyond using buzzwords, focusing on Production Readiness & Operations
- Experience designing resilient systems
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)
- Embracing existing proprietary CI/CD pipeline reconfiguration (ARGO)
- Experience with container orchestration (ECS, Docker)
- Experience with automation scripting (Python, Bash)
- Experience with service configuration and deployment automation
- Configuring Security Groups
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics. Individuals who lack a bachelor’s degree may be considered if they have demonstrated three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience with DevOps tools and cloud environments for each missing year of college in addition to the five (5) years of experience required.

- Migration strategy – Runbook, validation and sequencing of migration
- Deep understanding of AWS services and inter-account networking
- Cross-account IAM roles, policies, and resource sharing
- Multi-account strategies and AWS Organizations
- Application architecture assessment and dependency mapping
- AWS Batch, AWS Lambda, Web Architecture
- Security Groups and configurations
This role is remote but core working hours align to EST. The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $160,000 per annum.

Minimum Degree Required:
