Collaborate with post device launch quality assurance (QA) teams in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of device issues in the field and facilitate subsequent corrective action recommendations to vendors. Report project status, prioritize tasks, drive issue resolution to completion with device OEMs for devices in certification.
