As Senior Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the visual identity, product experience, and customer-facing storytelling that define StackAI.
The RoleWe’re looking for a multidisciplinary Senior Designer who can own end-to-end design across product, marketing, web, and brand. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves shaping 0→1 experiences, building crisp interfaces, and translating complex AI concepts into intuitive visuals.
You’ll partner closely with our founders, engineering, product, and growth teams to elevate everything from our website and product UI, to case studies, tutorials, social content, investor decks, and more.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving ambiguity with design thinking, and wants to help build a category-defining AI product from the ground up.
What You’ll DoProduct DesignOwn end-to-end design for new features and improvements across StackAI’s no-code builder, workflow editor, data tools, integrations, and analytics.
Translate complex AI/LLM concepts into intuitive, powerful interfaces.
Deliver high-fidelity Figma designs, prototypes, and design specs for engineering.
Collaborate closely with founders, engineers, and product managers to iterate quickly and ship high-quality updates daily.
Establish scalable design systems and reusable components as the product surface grows.
Lead the evolution of StackAI’s visual identity and narrative across all customer touchpoints.
Redesign and maintain our website to improve conversion, SEO, and product clarity.
Design marketing materials for product launches, campaigns, integration partners, and enterprise sales.
Produce high-quality visuals, diagrams, animations, and assets for tutorials, case studies, social media, and events.
Bring design leadership to roadmap discussions, product reviews, and GTM planning.
Introduce best-in-class design practices that scale with the company.
Mentor future designers as we grow the design team through 2025–2026.
5+ years of experience in Product Design, Brand Design, or a blend of both, ideally in a high-growth SaaS, productivity tool, or AI/ML environment.
Mastery of Figma with a strong portfolio showcasing clean UI, thoughtful UX flows, and polished branding.
Exceptional visual craft with the ability to simplify complexity into elegant interfaces and storytelling.
Experience owning end-to-end design for both product and marketing (you enjoy being versatile).
Obsession with consistency, detail, and building scalable design systems.
Comfortable working closely with founders, moving fast, and iterating daily.
Strong communication and ability to present design rationale to cross-functional partners.
Bonus: experience with motion design, illustration, or front-end implementation.
High ownership: You’ll directly shape a platform used by thousands of operators, engineers, analysts, and enterprise teams.
