  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present and articulate creative ideas and design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining designs as needed.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand's creative output remains fresh and innovative.

  • Experience with motion graphics, animation tools (e.g., After Effects), or generative AI tools is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a diverse range of high-quality design work across different mediums is essential.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional creativity and artistic talent.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
