About YouYou’re looking to join a customer and product focused company where you’ll support a team of passionate individuals as you deliver the best product possible to help a mission driven organization Grow Better. You’re seeking an opportunity where you’ll:
- Have a “seat at the table” from Day 1. Your partners and peers know what you do, greatly value it, and expect you to have strong opinions.
- Co-own a significant part of the product with your partners and you’ll all have the autonomy you need to drive its strategy and vision.
- Be building a critical product and team within a scaling organization - we don’t have all the answers and we’re counting on you to help explore the right problems

The legacy playbook of "do more, sell more" is broken. Hiring more reps, demanding more activities, and adding more tools no longer drive growth for our customers. Sales cycles are longer, buyer connections are weaker, and predictable revenue feels out of reach.
Sales Hub empowers sales teams to focus on quality over quantity and to spend less time on administrative tasks but more on connecting with customers. It combines AI-powered tools that are easy to use and fast to implement with the context needed to build meaningful customer relationships. Plus, it gives sales leaders the insights they need to measure and scale revenue predictably.
In this role, you will lead a team of designers in defining how Sales Hub customers prospect and build their sales pipelines. You will guide your team in designing the core spaces where Sales reps perform their daily tasks within HubSpot. Your responsibility will be to ensure that the experiences we create are efficient, user-friendly, and seamlessly integrate with the broader suite of Sales tools and surfaces within HubSpot.
