About the role 

As Senior Design Lead at Paxos, you’ll own the design vision and user experience for our B2B stablecoin and brokerage products. You’ll lead design strategy, systems, and execution for dashboards, APIs, and developer tools used by enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to deliver world-class solutions that are as intuitive as they are powerful.

You’ll have a direct impact on how financial institutions and fintechs build with Paxos, making blockchain and digital assets accessible and usable at scale.

What you’ll do 

• Drive end-to-end design strategy for Paxos’ enterprise products, from discovery to delivery
• Transform complex requirements into elegant, scalable, and actionable experiences for partners and developers
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights to create user-centered, evidence-based solutions
• Create and enforce a robust design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all B2B touchpoints
• Mentor and inspire other designers, upleveling the craft and impact of the team
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to balance business, user, and technical needs
• Communicate your design vision clearly to stakeholders, driving consensus and excitement
• Champion inclusive, accessible, and industry-leading design standards

About you

• 8+ years of product/UX design, with 2+ years leading projects or teams in B2B, fintech, or complex SaaS environments
• Portfolio demonstrating simple, beautiful solutions to complex problems, ideally for enterprise or developer-facing experiences
• Experience building and managing design systems at scale
• Proven ability to drive user research, design thinking, and evidence-based iteration
• Strong systems thinking, visual design, and prototyping skills (Figma expertise a plus)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical partners
• A deep interest in blockchain technology and its potential to transform the financial industry.
