About the Role

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at the center of how NetBox Labs drives pipeline. As our Senior Demand Generation Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategy and execution behind how we create and accelerate demand — from integrated campaign development and account-based marketing to email nurture, social, and our website. You'll report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our programs generate real pipeline, not just activity.

This is the right role for someone who thinks in full funnels, can manage multiple programs at once without losing quality, and brings both strategic instincts and execution chops. If you're energized by proactivity and making a real impact — and want to do it at a company with a product that practitioners genuinely love and executives choose for their critical infrastructure — this is your seat.

What you will do:

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to pipeline — and own the performance reporting that follows.

  • Build and scale an account-based marketing (ABM) program targeting enterprise accounts in partnership with Sales, including tiered account plays and cross-functional alignment.

  • Own our end-to-end email nurture strategy across audience segments — free users, trial accounts, and enterprise prospects — and continuously improve conversion through testing and segmentation.

  • Partner with marketing colleagues to develop organic social media strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn and other channels relevant to our technical and buyer audience.

  • Work with our agency partners to manage the website, owning updates, campaign landing pages, and conversion optimization projects — and coordinating across design, product marketing, and marketing teammates to ship on time.

  • Partner with Product Marketing on campaign messaging and asset development to ensure programs are compelling and consistent.

  • Track, report, and iterate. You'll be accountable for pipeline contribution, not just campaign outputs.

What you will bring:

  • 6+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally at a SaaS or engineer-focused company.

  • Proven track record building integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.

  • Hands-on ABM experience — you've built the plays, not just the strategy decks.

  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.

  • Strong command of marketing automation (HubSpot, Claude Code, or equivalent) and CRM (HubSpot).

  • Comfortable pulling and interpreting data and making decisions from it.

  • Experience managing website projects cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams.

  • Strong written communication skills — you have experience writing sharp web copy and communicating clearly internally.

  • Able to manage multiple programs in flight simultaneously without dropping quality.

Bonus points:

  • Experience marketing to technical audiences — network engineers, IT ops, infrastructure teams.

  • Familiarity with open-source communities or product-led growth motions.

  • Experience leveraging Claude or other AI tools to accelerate campaign development or, automate systems and processes
