The Calling:

The Senior Demand Generation Manager is a strategic leader on the marketing team, responsible for developing and executing high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, accelerate the buyer’s journey, and grow pipeline. This person understands Branching Minds’ offerings deeply—how they align with the needs of key personas and markets—and uses that insight to build campaigns that convert. 

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to uncover growth opportunities and turn them into targeted multichannel campaigns, including ABM and email, designed to influence decision-making and generate quality leads. This role manages the Events Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, ensuring all demand efforts are aligned, efficient, and brand-consistent. Using a library of rich thought leadership content and connecting with subject matter experts, the Senior Demand Generation Manager creates marketing strategies that inform and compel. They partner with the Vice President of Marketing and team leads across the company to evaluate KPIs, monitor channel performance, and make data-driven decisions to continually optimize campaign effectiveness. The right person for this role is both a strategic thinker and savvy with marketing execution, with a strong grasp of demand generation best practices and innovations in marketing.

What You Will Achieve:
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to strategize top-priority marketing campaigns for lead generation, conversion, and engagement to drive new business, cross-sell, and renewal.
  • Define campaign tactics, audience segments, A/B tests, and create integrated marketing campaigns to deliver pipeline creation targets.
  • Facilitate national and regional campaign launches across lead generation and nurturing efforts, including paid channels, organic web, events, email automation, and account-based marketing.
  • Assist with digital marketing deployment, including emails, paid search, paid ads, landing page creation, web page content/SEO enhancements, etc.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the content team to align efforts and strengthen impact.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize and improve results continuously.
  • Manage the Events Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager roles and collaborate closely with team leads across the company, especially Sales and Customer Success.
  • Manage marketing contractor, vendor, trade media, and agency relationships and initiatives to expand marketing capacity and effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Manage marketing spend against budget with event and digital marketing team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Manager to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of campaign performance and ROI.
  • Identify and explore new marketing opportunities and channels to expand reach and drive growth.
Requirements
Why We Want You:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in lead generation or integrated campaign management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including emails and email automation, Account-Based Marketing, website optimization, paid ads, paid social, A/B testing, and content marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies that drive business.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools to manage, develop, and track marketing activities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing marketing agency partnerships.
Lucky Us If You:
  • Have a background in K-12 education and MTSS
  • Have experience using Hubspot
  • Familiarity with educational technology platforms, tools, and products 
  • Have great design skills (Canva or Adobe suite) and can create visual web content
Interview Process:

If we are a match, you can expect a total of 4 steps in the interview process after the initial application:

  • 60-minute video interview with VP, Marketing
  • 30-minute video interview with Chief of Staff
  • 45-minute panel interview with the Marketing team
  • 45-minute panel interview with close collaborator team

  • Base annual compensation for this role is $110,000 - $135,000 based on experience and expertise as well as geographic location.
