Senior Data Scientist (Microsoft Azure)

We are looking for passionate Senior Data Scientist to join our team.

A Day in the Life of a Senior Data Scientist will include

• Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI algorithms within the Azure ecosystem.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability for model training and evaluation.
• Work on large-scale data projects using Azure Databricks and Azure Machine Learning.
• Perform predictive analytics and develop solutions using AI to meet business needs.
• Ensure that AI models are deployed and monitored effectively in the Azure environment.
• Effectiveness in communicating complex data science concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists in Azure-specific technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Expertise in Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and other Azure AI services.
• Strong skills in programming languages like Python, R, and expertise in frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proficiency with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, Dask).
• Familiarity with tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud-native AI model deployment and monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on dissecting complex data challenges and delivering actionable insights
• Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal).

Additional Qualifications, knowledge and skills:

Must have a relevant certification, such as

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate

Nice to have:

• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty or Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer or IBM Machine Learning Data Scientist
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
