Job Title: Senior Data Loading Specialist

Alpha Omega is searching for an experienced Senior Data Loading Specialist to join one of our long-term Federal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound document productions and perform end‑to‑end eDiscovery processing, ensuring all data meets strict accuracy, quality, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Use eDiscovery tools to prepare, load, and QC data; troubleshoot complex file, metadata, and platform issues; maintain detailed processing logs; analyze data problems to refine workflows; and prepare production and exception reports.
- Apply knowledge of computer systems, automated data processing functions, and metadata structures to develop solutions that meet user requirements.
- Analyze user requests and translate them into specifications for data field normalization, Bates numbering, and production formatting.
- Load documents and associated metadata into litigation support software repositories and perform quality assurance checks on all data loading activities.
- Troubleshoot data loading issues, handle exception documents, decompress and extract documents from compound files, and convert native files into endorsed TIFF images using government‑approved tools.
- Develop and maintain data loading standards, workflow documentation, and processing best practices.
- Create electronic productions from litigation support repositories, including production reports and exception logs.
- Review all new request criteria, identify potential limitations or issues that may impact search capabilities, and report findings to stakeholders.
- Retrieve search results, convert and format them into readable formats, perform hashing and encryption, and prepare data for secure delivery to third parties.
- Create Excel summaries of search results by custodian, keyword, and date range, and deliver the summary alongside the responsive data.
- Utilize FOIA processes, including loading search results and summary spreadsheets into the FOIA results library on eDiscovery SharePoint, and closing out requests in the eDiscovery Request Portal upon completion.
- Serve as a team lead, mentoring staff and supporting project coordination with project managers, technical personnel, and government stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Experience/Skills:
- 7 years of professional experience
- 5 years in data loading and litigation support
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Strong knowledge of eDiscovery workflows, QC standards, and the EDRM lifecycle
- Hands‑on experience with eDiscovery processing tools and troubleshooting
- Skill and experience with multiple e-discovery applications.
- Knowledge and experience with Powershell and Python scripting.
- Ability to run searches in Outlook (M365), Veritas Vault, and eDiscovery Accelerator
- Experience interpreting metadata across diverse sources/collections (emails, chats, logs, file shares, A/V, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills under strict deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for issue escalation and stakeholder engagement
- Previous experience supporting federal agencies or litigation support contracts.
- Knowledge of SEC systems, workflows, or eDiscovery platforms.
- Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) eDiscovery Review Platform Certification

Salary and Benefit Information:
The likely salary range for this position is $81,000 - $105,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
