  • Network Troubleshooting: Extensive hands-on experience with troubleshooting techniques and remediate issues across physical and cloud-integrated network environments.
  • Technical Excellence in Data Center Networking: Strong expertise in data center networking technologies and spine-leaf architectures; ability to design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance network solutions to meet demanding enterprise workloads.
  • Technology Advisory (Networking Domain): Ability to provide strategic guidance on network architecture, capacity planning, and technology selection; advising on best practices within data center networks.
  • Data Center Hardware & Infrastructure: In-depth knowledge of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) and physical infrastructure (rack/stack, cabling, power, and cooling); ability to design, deploy, and maintain highly available, multi-vendor network environments.
  • Network System Testing & Validation: Experience designing and executing network validation and testing strategies, including failover testing, performance benchmarking, and change validation; ensures stability and reliability of network changes throughout the infrastructure lifecycle.

Considerations for Top Candidates:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience designing, deploying, and operating large-scale networks.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent.
  • Experience with Cisco Nexus Network Switches and NX-OS
  • Experience with Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI)
  • Experience with Application Delivery Controller (Network Load Balancer)
  • Experience with Radware Alteon
  • Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills
