As Thrive Market continues to scale rapidly, we're seeking a Manager of Product Analytics to lead our product analytics function and drive data-informed decision making across our digital experience. You'll manage a team of talented product analysts while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to unlock insights that shape our product strategy and member experience.
This role combines people leadership with hands-on analytical work, requiring someone who can both guide a team to excellence and dive deep into complex analyses when needed. You'll build the frameworks, processes, and culture that enable our product organization to make confident, data-driven decisions at speed. If you're passionate about developing analytical talent while driving meaningful business impact through data, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape how a fast-growing company leverages analytics for competitive advantage.
We're seeking a Senior Data Applications Engineer to join our Data Applications Platform team. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, software development, and business process automation—building Python-based data applications that solve critical business challenges across finance, merchandising, operations, and more.
This is a senior, full-stack data engineering role for someone who loves building solutions with real business impact. You'll create data applications with embedded business logic, encoding complex business rules into production-grade software that meets enterprise compliance standards. You'll partner with our Staff Engineer to design and implement cloud-native data applications using modern tools (Snowflake, Astronomer, dbt, Fivetran) and the platform foundations that enable rapid application development. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integrations, high data quality, and reliable operational reporting. You'll drive technical decisions, establish best practices, and mentor teammates as the team grows.
