What Success Looks Like: 

You build clear dashboards, deliver insights that drive business results, and help leadership understand performance through data storytelling. Your work supports stronger portfolio management, better credit risk decisions, improving the conversion funnel, and increasing revenue. 

 

How You’ll Be Measured: 

- Timely, accurate reporting 

- Quality of visualization, insights, and recommendations 

- Collaboration across teams 

 

You’re a Strong Fit If: 

- You enjoy finding patterns in data and explaining what they mean 

- You can switch between SQL, Excel, Databricks, and Power BI easily 

- You like simplifying complex data for non-technical teammates 

- You thrive in a fast-moving, data-driven environment 

 

What You’ve Done Before: 

- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial analysis 

- Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services (preferred) 

- Proven track record building dashboards and analyses that influence business decisions 

 

Tools and Expertise You’ll Bring: 

- SQL and Excel proficiency 

- Power BI or similar visualization tools 

- Experience using Databricks to analyze structured data (Silver and Gold layers) 

- Strong ability to tell stories with data and communicate insights clearly 

 

Interview Process:

Step 1: Introductory interview 

Step 2: Technical Interview and Assessment (SQL, Power BI, and Databricks) with the Risk & Analytics team

Step 3: Executive Leader Interview
