Your core focus will be building and optimizing our growth funnel, conducting granular user segmentation, and developing strategies for different user groups. You will also evaluate advertising and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) campaign performance, providing key insights to inform user acquisition and monetization success at Meshy.
What You’ll Do:

Data-Driven Growth Analysis

  • Build, monitor, and continuously optimize the full-funnel growth process from acquisition, activation, and retention to monetization and referral.
  • Analyze conversion rates across funnel stages, identify growth bottlenecks, and deliver actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Evaluate A/B tests and product launches, assessing their impact on key growth metrics to guide product iteration.

User Insights & Segmentation

  • Develop and refine user segmentation models based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and business value.
  • Identify and profile key user cohorts such as high-value users and at-risk churn users, uncovering their characteristics and needs.

Operational Strategy Support

  • Partner closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to provide data support and strategic input for initiatives like user segmentation and pricing.
  • Measure and optimize the effectiveness of user-focused operational strategies.

Marketing Effectiveness Analysis

  • Advertising: Track and analyze campaign performance across acquisition channels, providing insights for budget allocation and optimization.
  • KOL & Content Marketing: Establish frameworks to evaluate KOL marketing ROI and provide data-driven guidance for influencer and content strategies.

Metrics Framework & Data Infrastructure

  • Help define and maintain core business metrics, and build dashboards to ensure efficient access to insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and continuous improvement of growth-related data models.
What We're looking for:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or growth analysis within internet-based industries. Experience with SaaS, productivity, or content creation products preferred.

  • Skilled in at least one analytics/visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing principles.
  • Deep understanding of user growth concepts and familiarity with the AARRR (Acquisition-Activation-Retention-Revenue-Referral) framework.
  • Excellent logical thinking, business acumen, and communication skills; able to clearly present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
  • Experience with dbt or building data infrastructures/schemas.
  • Hands-on experience with user behavior analytics tools such as Amplitude, PostHog, or Mixpanel.
  • Familiarity with attribution tools like Google Analytics or AppsFlyer.

  • Strong interest or background in AIGC, 3D graphics, or digital content creation.
  • Experience using Python or R for data cleaning, analysis, and modeling.
Our Values
  • Brain: We value intelligence and the pursuit of knowledge. Our team is composed of some of the brightest minds in the industry.
