About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and lead our analytics initiatives. This role requires an individual capable of transforming complex data into actionable insights, building robust data pipelines, and creating dashboards that drive strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include analyzing protocol usage patterns, optimizing our open liquidity marketplace, monitoring backend performance metrics, and providing market insights to enhance our chain-abstraction protocol. You'll work at the intersection of data science and blockchain technology to optimize liquidity flows, identify market opportunities, and ensure our systems deliver exceptional performance across multiple chains.
What you’ll do- You will design and implement data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze usage data from multiple sources (backend services, Google Analytics, onchain data), requiring strong coding skills and proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases to create a unified view of our performance.
- You will build insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Dune Analytics and Metabase, collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to define relevant KPIs that drive strategic decision-making and product improvement.
- You will analyze market trends and system performance patterns to help the team anticipate changes in liquidity needs, user behavior, and swap activity, enabling better resource allocation and feature prioritization.
- You will optimize data infrastructure for efficiency and scalability, ensuring our analytics capabilities can handle the growing volume and complexity of data across our open liquidity marketplace.
- You will develop and maintain data models that help the team understand complex relationships between liquidity providers, users, and backend performance, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to enhance our systems.
- You're a data enthusiast who lives and breathes analytics, constantly curious and proactively seeking insights that others might miss.
- You're versatile, skilled in SQL, NoSQL, data visualization tools, and proficient in understanding both data structures and comprehensive codebases.
- With a low-ego, startup mentality, you prioritize team goals, demonstrate openness in communication, and can effectively adapt in a dynamic environment.
- You have experience working with blockchain data and analytics platforms (like Dune Analytics), with a proven record of deriving meaningful insights from onchain and offchain activity.
