About the Role:
As a Senior Analyst on the User Analytics & Insights team within our New Markets (Expanded Core) vertical, you will help shape data-driven decisions that fuel Fetch’s growth. Reporting to the Director of User Analytics & Insights, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to analyze performance, uncover insights, and translate data into meaningful business actions.
You’ll own key analytical workstreams, and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to measure success and optimize user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys turning complex data into clear stories, and wants to continue developing toward an analytics leadership role.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
Strategic Analysis & Partnership- Act as a data-driven thought partner to product, marketing, and operational teams, helping inform strategy and execution.
- Lead analytical deep dives to identify user behavior patterns, performance drivers, and opportunities for growth.
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making across teams.
- Support roadmap prioritization and business planning by quantifying the impact of key initiatives.
- Write efficient SQL queries and use tools like Hex, Grafana, or Tableau to manipulate and visualize data.
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and experiment results.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency by contributing to scalable and well-documented data processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and business-oriented manner.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams on the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and experiments.
- Apply analytical frameworks and statistical techniques to evaluate performance and user engagement.
- Explore predictive and segmentation models to identify user trends and optimize targeting strategies.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to enhance analytical tools and workflows.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or strategy roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Hex, Grafana, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience with dbt data modeling or similar data transformation tools.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or similar languages for advanced analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to turn data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience supporting experimentation, measurement, and performance tracking initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Comfort working with Google Sheets and other analytical or collaboration tools.
Preferred Requirements:
- Exposure to predictive modeling, user segmentation, or behavioral analytics.
- Experience within retail, consumer technology, or other data-rich B2C environments.
- Proven success collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
- Marketing Analytics experience.
Compensation:
