THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, experienced Problem Solver Data Analyst to join our team. You’ll serve as the data expert across various projects, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams throughout the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau (or other BI tools).
  • Write complex and optimized SQL queries to analyze large-scale datasets.
  • Define and monitor key metrics, and proactively identify trends or anomalies.
  • Drive analytical projects from conception through execution and delivery.
  • Contribute to data model design and data pipeline improvements in collaboration with data engineers.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, reports, and metrics, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the presented data.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Expert-level SQL skills — you’re comfortable exploring and manipulating large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
  • Experience working with stakeholders across functions; strong communicator and collaborator.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
