Lime is the largest global shared micromobility business, operating in close to 30 countries across five continents. We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. Our electric bikes and scooters have powered more than one billion rides in cities around the world. Named a 2025 Time 100 Most Influential Company, Lime continues to set the pace for shared micromobility globally, spurring a new generation of clean alternatives to car ownership.
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. The data science and analytics (DS&A) team’s mission is to make Lime sustainable and more valuable, by identifying and steering the business towards opportunities, guiding the organization to make the best possible decisions, and enabling effective implementation and operations.
In this role, you will work with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Government Relations teams to address challenges and opportunities across City & Vehicle Tech, and support planning the long-term direction for Lime. You’ll set up end-to-end analytical capabilities (pipelines, dashboards, instrumentation, experimentation frameworks, and metrics) that will feed our data-driven decision-making on which levers to pull according to the business needs.
Key strengths of this role include curiosity, ownership, and technical abilities to operate independently and cross functionally in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in Canada to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
What You'll Do:
Own the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and data layers to support City & Vehicle Tech projects
Develop and maintain dashboards that serve as single sources of truth for stakeholders
Support and lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to inform product and compliance strategy
Understand performance and key drivers of performance to provide ongoing analyses that help stakeholders understand and predict business performance
Lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution and executive readout
Make business recommendations using effective presentation skills, conveying findings at multiple levels including executive leadership, managers, and peers through visual displays of quantitative information
Utilize excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with business leaders, Operations, and Product teams in order to identify opportunities, design, and assess measurable improvements to our business
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, sciences, math, statistics, business, public policy or economics)
5+ years of experience working with large datasets and conducting data analysis using SQL and Python
Strong hands-on experience with data pipelines (e.g., dbt, Snowflake) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and applying causal inference methods
Experience independently leading ambiguous, cross-functional projects end-to-end
Ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment, a strong sense of accountability, and attention to detail
The base salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by objective factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
