Design, develop & deploy advanced analytical solutions, to facilitate data-driven decision making.
Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with business stakeholders, to ensure a deep understanding of business needs and delivery of relevant and effective solutions.
Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to define and build reliable data products and pipelines.
Communicate insights effectively, via interactive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards.
Maintain effective and up-to-date documentation and training / onboarding materials.
Support business users with training and onboarding to BI solutions.
Set and follow best-practices to ensure highest data quality and reliability standards.
Proactively identify, resolve and optimize performance and user experience issues.
Mentor and guide more junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
5+ years of experience as Business / Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar.
Proven hands-on experience with delivering exceptional data products and analytics solutions.
Proven ability to present and communicate meaningful insights and recommendations.
Expert level proficiency with SQL and Power BI – a must.
Proficiency with Python – an advantage.
Familiarity with e-commerce, supply-chain management - an advantage.
Self-learner, problem-solver, multi-tasker and a team-player.
Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form (C1 level or equivalent).
Background in a STEM degree, relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
