AI factories are a new form of computing infrastructure. They are purpose-built to process data, refine it into models, and produce tokens with scale and efficiency. In the AI industrial revolution, data is the raw material, tokens are the new commodity, and NVIDIA is the token generator in the AI factory.

As part of the Customer Program Management Team, you will be leading strategic technical programs with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), driving the deployment of NVIDIA’s ground breaking AI infrastructure—such as the revolutionary NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 and NVIDIA HGX platform, which integrates NVIDIA’s GPUs, CPUs and Networking platforms to deliver unmatched data center-scale performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead execution and technical engagement directly working with CSPs and their ODM/OEMs.

  • Integrate datacenter tools, and operationalize processes for AI factory build out. Resolve any blocking issues, and keep the project on track.

  • Work with CSP’s ODMs or OEMs for reliable assembly of pioneering AI infrastructure platform. Ensure system builds meet the specified metrics and are on schedule.

  • Assemble and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.

  • Provide technical direction on server system design in collaboration with subject matter experts.

  • Develop and manage project timeline, proactively resolving blockers to maintain momentum.

  • Ensure timely delivery of customer-specific features and production deployment.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and insights to senior leadership.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years of experience in experience in program/project management with direct customer engagement.

  • Strong leadership in global, matrixed environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Solid track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale datacenter projects.

  • Willingness to continue learning new skills and expanding capabilities as NVIDIA ventures into new markets.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Proven experience leading technical programs for CSPs.

  • Hands-on expertise in large-scale compute server design and deployment.

  • Strong cross-functional teamwork across globally distributed teams.
