CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM

We are looking for an outstanding Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing global team!
The Customer Success team is responsible for working directly with our global customer-base, operating the business and providing a top-level service to scale every programmatic campaign as we leverage our technology in the best possible way. Our main goal is to deliver outstanding results for our customers.
Jampp is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to balance long-term relationships with the day-to-day tactical management of our customer's mobile marketing campaigns, understanding the performance and consistently spotting new growth opportunities. You will need to bring a commercial and strategic acumen analytical mindset together with a detail-oriented and data-driven focus in order to build and grow long-term business partnerships with our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior CSM, you will be responsible for ensuring the success, retention, and growth of our clients by providing exceptional service, guidance, and support across all stages of the customer journey. You will be the main point of contact for key accounts, helping them maximize the value they derive from our performance marketing platform.

  • Client Success & Retention: Develop strong relationships with key clients and ensure their continued success with Jampp’s platform by delivering personalized support and solutions that meet their needs.
    Strategic Account Management: Manage high-value accounts, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction. Identify opportunities for growth through upselling and cross-selling Jampp’s products and services.
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and providing training to help clients effectively use our platform and services to achieve their business goals.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, creatives, product, and technical teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Provide valuable feedback to enhance product development and customer experience.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results. Help clients optimize their use of Jampp to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Client Engagement & On-Site Visits: Strengthen partnerships through regular business reviews and in-person meetings. Visit clients on-site when required to support strategic discussions, deepen relationships, and reinforce Jampp’s presence in key markets.
  • Problem Solving: Address any client issues or challenges quickly and efficiently, working with internal teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Track and report on customer health, engagement, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management on client satisfaction and opportunities for growth.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably within the AdTech, SaaS, or performance marketing industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with performance marketing, mobile marketing, programmatic advertising, and/or performance-based campaigns is a huge plus!
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to improve client outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on customer success and business growth.
