Hybrid: Reporting to a specific location where work needs to be performed / collaboration should happen (regardless this location is within a hub) and without regard to where a candidate lives (some employees may end up hybrid who live more than 50 miles away but where business needs dictate them to be onsite at a specific location three days per week).
  • This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Georgia IT Innovation Center or GM Global Technical Center or Austin Innovation Technical Center or Mountain View Technical Center three times per week, at minimum.
  • This job is eligible for relocation benefits.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce CRM Analyst to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role will focus on analyzing business requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, and supporting users to ensure efficient CRM operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce administration, data management, and reporting to drive business growth and customer engagement. Are you ready to join a future facing team?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administer and configure Salesforce CRM to align with business needs.
  • Analyze and document business processes to enhance Salesforce functionality.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Salesforce support if needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, data management, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting tools, including dashboards and custom reports.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Apex (basic knowledge preferred).
  • Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to identify tasks which require automation and automate them
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment

Additional Description
PREFERRED:
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools like Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.

Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.
  • The salary range for this role: is $134,000 to 205,000. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
