Senior Recruiter – Digital Transformation
Broadly experienced recruiter with specialized focus across digital transformation consulting requirements - Digital Experience, Application Modernization, Cloud Enablement, Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, AI/ML and Digital Security

Position Overview
The Senior Recruiter for Digital Transformation is responsible for sourcing, vetting and supporting full cycle recruiting for strategic roles that support enterprise and midmarket clients. This recruiter finds top-tier talent across digital experience, customer experience (CX), app services, cloud engineering, data/AI, and product innovation—ensuring the right blend of technical fluency, design thinking, and consulting acumen. The role partners closely with consulting leadership, delivery teams, and business development teams to build talent pipelines aligned to upcoming projects and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Recruit for a mix of digital experience, cloud, app modernization, data/AI, CX, security and product strategy roles including:
    • UX/UI Designers, UX Researchers, Service Designers, Design Directors, Design Leads, Product Designers
    • Digital Strategists & CX Consultants
    • Martech platform specialists (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Sitecore, WordPress, etc.)
    • Product Managers & Product Owners
    • Cloud Architects, Cloud Engineers, App Modernization Specialists
    • Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, MLOps Specialists
    • Security Strategists, Architects & Engineers
    • Digital Program Managers & Transformation Leaders
  • Evaluate candidates on consulting competencies as well as technical/domain expertise.
  • Develop deep, project-ready pipelines of resource pools for roles needed across digital transformation programs.
  • Review technical work samples, digital portfolios, case studies, and architectural documents where relevant.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to delivery and business development leads on talent needs tied to client scopes and delivery timelines.

Candidate Experience & Assessment

  • Deliver a polished, high-touch candidate experience suited for consulting and client-facing roles.
  • Conduct structured interviews to evaluate:
    • Strategic thinking
    • Visual design skills and portfolio fit
    • Technical depth (cloud/data/app services)
    • CX/UX expertise
    • Executive presence
    • Storytelling and problem framing skills
  • Able to engage in thoughtful dialogue on salary negotiations, interview feedback, and overall fitness of the candidate for the target role.
  • Create comprehensive candidate summaries that communicate readiness for consulting delivery.

Operational Excellence & Talent Strategy

  • Partner with resource management and Individual practice leaders to forecast hiring needs.
  • Build flexible talent pipelines to meet both ongoing engagements and rapid-deployment consulting work.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of candidates, pipelines, and market insights within ATS system (Greenhouse).

 

Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years of recruiting experience, with direct experience in digital, CX, cloud, application development/modernization, or data/AI hiring.
  • Unique strength and success in recruiting for digital experience roles.
  • Strong vocabulary in digital transformation and digital experience consulting.
  • Proven ability to evaluate design talent based on portfolio samples.
  • Experience assessing candidates for consulting-specific skills like stakeholder management, facilitation, and client storytelling.
  • Experience recruiting within a consulting, digital agency, or professional services firm, where responsiveness and candidate quality are critical to success
  • Demonstrated ability to pick up new domains and quickly establish methods for sourcing and vetting qualified candidates.
  • Proven ability to engage senior, niche, and highly technical candidates.
  • Strong communication, influence, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Proficiency with modern ATS and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in application development frameworks and platforms; experience assessing candidates for AI experience and capabilities.
  • Understanding of Martech platforms such as automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) or website platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, etc.)

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
