About the Role


TD SYNNEX is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting - Consolidations & Integration Advisory Team. In this role, you will assist with worldwide consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and the company’s accounting policies. You will partner closely with finance leaders across multiple countries, perform detailed variance analysis, and present results to executive management.


The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong technical accounting expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones. Experience working in or testing a strong internal control environment is also preferred. In this high-visibility role, you will contribute to process improvement, risk identification, and policy development while supporting internal and external audits. Success requires precision, collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the global consolidation of monthly and quarterly financial results, partnering with local finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
  • Deliver harmonized processes and technology-driven solutions that enable global integration, automation, and advisory excellence
  • Conduct variance analysis for assigned countries and present findings to executive management.
  • Support the monthly close process, including posting top-level journal entries and reviewing co-workers’ work papers.
  • Ensure proper documentation of financial data, analysis, and supporting schedules.
  • Review and provide feedback on internal and external management reports and presentations.
  • Support Tax Restructuring Step Plans, Chart of Account Maintenance, and various other special projects.
  • Perform accounting research to guide management and subsidiaries.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Big 4 accounting experience; CPA or CPA-track candidate.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates high ethical standards.

Working Conditions

  • Occasional overtime or non-standard hours as needed (i.e month-end, quarter-end, year-end close activities, and special projects)
  • Professional office environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Hybrid work model if you are within 50 miles or 1 hour commute time to the TD SYNNEX, Clearwater office: Tuesday – Thursday (In office), Monday and Friday (Remote)
