You’re a writer’s writer, a thinker’s thinker, a joy to be around, obviously better than other Senior Copywriters and wholly incapable of admitting it.
And, truth is, we don’t really think we’re like most agencies. We’re small, independent, structurally quite flat, deeply concerned for each other, abnormally transparent, pleasantly collaborative, adamantly ego-free, and currently enjoying enough momentum to believe we’re doing something right.
