The impact you’ll make in this role
As a Senior Copywriter within Solventum’s budding internal agency, Solve Studio, you’ll be a key storyteller for the enterprise, bringing patient, provider and employee experiences to life through inspired video scripts, digital campaigns, event concepts and more.
You’ll work closely with Communications & Corporate Marketing and business stakeholders to produce unique, clear and on-brand creative copy that meets functional business needs and enterprise brand requirements, ultimately contributing to driving brand awareness, trust and advocacy and moving current and potential customers to explore and purchase our products.

Key responsibilities
- Produce copywriting projects of broad scope and high complexity, from creative ideation to execution, for internal and external storytelling across both the enterprise and our businesses
- Develop high-quality, engaging, unique and persuasive content for a variety of channels including digital, social, events and experiential
- Maintain expert knowledge of Solventum’s verbal identity, ensuring all content embodies our personality and tone, as well as our technical style
- Edit and proofread content meticulously, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality
- Consult with design partners and account managers as business stakeholders submit requests for support to ensure alignment on needed outputs
- Utilize provided productivity tools, like AI and automation, to efficiently manage and perform key work responsibilities
- Utilize a work management system to accept, track and complete requests from business partners
- Coach and mentor other writers as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years of proven experience as a copywriter, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of work
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with an outstanding command of the English language
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, including potential nights and weekends (up to 25% of the time) to meet deadlines
Preferred qualifications
- Experience writing for the healthcare, medical device or life sciences industry
- Experience working within a creative agency
- Comfort incorporating new technologies and automation tools in everyday processes
- Ability to work in a team environment in a role that requires flexibility and collaboration and a quality driven mindset
- Strong prioritization, communication and execution skills and transformational/change mindset

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
