As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for an expert Senior Copywriter and Content Strategist to shape our messaging and content, amplifying brand awareness and positioning us as a leader in our field. This role requires a creative mind with the strategic ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging and impactful content that resonates across multiple channels.

As the Senior Copywriter and Content Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the creation and execution of compelling content across a wide variety of formats—from demand generation emails to marquee website copy and brand videos. You’ll collaborate with our product marketing, technical teams, and agencies to shape messaging that highlights the value of our offerings and creates a strong, consistent brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:Brand Messaging Strategy:
• Shape and refine brand messaging to grow awareness and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product marketing and technical experts to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging that resonates with target audiences.

Content Creation & Strategy:
• Strategize, write, and edit high-quality content including website copy, product messaging, email campaigns, solution briefs, case studies, video scripts, and more.
• Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and email marketing strategies.
• Provide content direction to junior writers and external agencies, ensuring consistency and quality across all written materials.

Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning:
• Contribute to thought leadership efforts, helping position CoreWeave as an industry leader in the AI and cloud space.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling customer success stories and content that demonstrates the impact of our technology.

AI Integration & Efficiency:
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, scale content production, and improve content development processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure all content aligns with business and marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Minimum Requirements:  

  • 10+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and content strategy, ideally in the B2B tech or cloud/AI space.
  • High level of comfort leveraging AI tools and applications to accelerate development, scale impact, and fully leverage custom content by creating derivative content to be used across multiple channels in countless ways.
  • Proven ability to write and edit compelling B2B marketing materials across multiple formats.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to align content to broader business and marketing objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects without compromising quality.
  • Deep experience working with product marketing and technical teams to develop messaging and assets.
  • Solid grasp of SEO and email marketing principles; familiarity with social media writing is a plus.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and highly organized with outstanding task management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and consistently deliver and hit deadlines in a fully remote environment.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $135,000- $180,000 and $162,000- $216,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
