What you will do -
Responsible for helping manage field asset inventory with sales reps out in the field. Developing and maintaining relationships within the sales organization, process standardization and the establishment of controls and reporting around inventory and sample budgets. Accountable for processing sample orders.
Along with the daily communication with process partners through emails, phone calls, and attending meetings, the business associate for field asset management will help manage the inventory through the following:
- Processing sample orders for our capital and base (disposable) equipment in SAP.
- Communication with Sales Reps concerning sample submissions.
- Utilizing thresholds to implement individual / regional samples when necessary.
- Assist in the transfer of inventory when a rep transfers or is termed.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
What you need -
Required -
- 3+ years of experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred -
- SAP experience
- Excel experience
- Customer service or customer-oriented call center type environment
- Business analyst or marketing analyst experience
- Business support experience
$24.54 – $43.79 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
