Target Range:

$70,000.00/Yr. - $80,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Axos Clearing is hiring for a critical customer-facing role as the primary contact for new clients and coordinates the seamless conversion of outside accounts and assets. You will work closely with a group of new clients to ensure all assets are converted to in a timely manner, while training new clients on proprietary platform and operations. You will troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise in the relationship, working in collaboration with all levels of employees. You will train and educate other team members as needed and provide advice and expertise for more advanced issues as requested.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinates all operational functions supporting new business, including, but not limited to, establishing new RIA firm records on AAS’s host system, manipulating data files for account creation, populating forms necessary for new account establishment and custodial transfers, managing statements, and processing fee calculations and collections. 

  • Investigates, escalates, and documents issues that threaten successful and timely conversion efforts.  

  • Tracks the status of each new client relationship throughout the conversion process and provides feedback to management. 

  • Cultivates strong relationships with RIAs, while problem solving and resolving any issues that arise. Provides advanced training and orientation for new RIAs on processes and systems via video conferencing and/or on-site. 

  • Trains, educates, and mentors other Conversion Managers on a day-to-day basis as well as provides advice for more complex issues.  

  • Assists with identifying and resolving intricate trading issues. 

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma 
    • Must have 5-7 years’ experience in the financial services industry.  
      • Series 63 

      • Series 7
