Chartbeat is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth management of contracts, maintaining accurate billing processes as a liaison between sales and finance, and having the ability to work directly with our customers' accounting departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, Salesforce, and NetSuite, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:
    • Assist in the drafting and renewal of sales contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
    • Review, organize, and manage customer contracts to ensure legal compliance and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to update and maintain contract records in Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Salesforce Administration:
    • Maintain and update Salesforce records, ensuring accurate reflection of customer and billing information.
    • Generate reports and insights to support contract and billing processes.
  • Billing and Accounting Support:
    • Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and contract management.
    • Perform data validation and reconciliation to maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records.
    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to billing activities.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Engage with customers' accounting departments to gather and verify necessary accounting and billing information.
    • Liaise with Accounting and Sales teams as needed to support on-time billing of customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, billing support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and accounting software/tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS or technology industries.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology related to contracts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 annually

Location:  Remote
