As a Senior Contract & Pricing Analyst – Commercial Aviation, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Commercial Aviation division, ensuring smooth contract processes and accurate pricing for clients across the U.S. and U.K.What You’ll Do
- Lead Contract Management: Handle bid processing, RFP/BSA quotes, revisions, and awards with precision.
- Ensure Accuracy: Validate billing inquiries and disputes, and deliver timely, accurate pricing for both contract and ad-hoc requests.
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with Sales Support, Supply, Legal, Credit, and Pricing teams to drive operational success.
- Own Reporting: Manage SLA/Dashboard reporting and special customer reports that influence strategic decisions.
- Innovate Processes: Support automation (RPA) initiatives and streamline workflows for efficiency.
- Bridge Teams: Coordinate contract bid management with BPA, Pricing, and Fee teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Oracle & Alteryx systems.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships across teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new processes in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in analytical or financial reporting roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
