Cloudflare is looking for a creative, collaborative, and well-rounded content marketer to join the centralized content team. As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you'll help deliver best-in-class content strategy across key market priorities, with a priority on video and podcast content creation. You'll work with our cross-functional team to build helpful, engaging, and converting content across the marketing funnel by putting the audience first and delivering the perfect content at precisely the right moment. This role is a blend of both strategic planning and content creation.
This position requires a combination of a marketing and publishing mindset with proven experience with strategy and creation of thought leadership and demand generation video content; including the development of episodic video and podcast series, understanding of paid and organic traffic growth, creating social-first content, and ability to create derivative content across the funnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Map out video content strategies for key marketing priorities; leverage data and research to develop breakthrough content themes/topics and execute on a plan to develop the assets that support marketing objectives
- Develop episodic video and podcast content series that connect the dots across programs and deliver a unified and coherent experience to target audiences
- Collaborate with the brand, demand gen, customer advocacy, partner marketing, and product marketing teams to develop video content that supports a consistent, customer-centric journey and ensures program integration
- Own Cloudflare's podcast strategy on a global scale
- Own and deliver impactful content across written, video, and social for the cybersecurity audience
- Work alongside the web experience team to optimize offer strategies
- Champion content marketing strategy across the company
- Measure and analyze what's working and what isn't with regard to the our content marketing efforts
- 5-7 years of marketing experience related to content marketing and social media with preferably 1-2 years at a cyber security company
- Knowledge of how to speak to CxOs (specifically CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs), security leaders, and developer audiences, as well as content marketing, video, and content delivery trends.
- Stellar video and podcasting skills; samples and/or a portfolio is required
- Integrated marketing and/or campaign experience
- Analytical mind - ability to spot patterns and trends in content performance and data
- Demonstrated success collaborating across departments and mobilizing content contributors and cross-functional teams around long-term projects and efforts
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of SEO best practices across audio and video
- Experience with Asana and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
- Experience with AI video creation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher
