- Shape experiences, not just words: Design clear informational structures, hierarchies, and flows that make complex enterprise products easy to use.
- Collaborate across product design: Work side-by-side with designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to shape features from concept to release.
- Bring clarity to complexity: Translate technical concepts into intuitive content and patterns that guide users with confidence.
- Build scalable systems: Contribute to content standards, patterns, and design systems so teams across ServiceNow can deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
- Champion users: Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and rooted in research and feedback. Solve for challenges users tell us they have.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in content design, content strategy, copywriting, or related field; B2B experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid understanding of English grammar, structure, and punctuation
- Working knowledge of design principles and methods, and tools (Figma, Sketch, Miro, Invision)
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
