The Enterprise Consumer Product Innovation teams' new product development initiatives bring together cross-functional teams with deep expertise in Business Strategy, Product, Technology, and Design—all working together to create what’s next for consumers and for Allstate.
As a Senior Consumer Product Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind these initiatives. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams from concept to market launch—owning the full spectrum of product development, from desirability and viability to feasibility and growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for builders who thrive on turning ideas into real, scalable businesses. You’ll collaborate across the Allstate enterprise to bring new products to life, balancing strategic vision with executional excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to identify, define, and build high-impact products, business models, and strategies. - In early phases, you’ll frame the opportunity, define hypotheses, scope the work, and design analyses to validate ideas. 
- In later stages, you’ll guide product delivery, software development, and go-to-market execution—turning ideas into thriving businesses. 
 
- Shape the future of Allstate’s product ecosystem by developing a roadmap and vision that pushes beyond today’s offerings—integrating new product strategies with Allstate’s broader enterprise goals to drive synergy and growth. 
- Build alignment across teams and stakeholders. Partner with leaders across the organization to communicate strategy clearly and persuasively, fostering collaboration and shared vision. You’ll combine crisp storytelling and thoughtful relationship-building to earn trust and influence at every level. 
- Drive strategic partnerships that unlock new opportunities—ranging from startup collaborations and technology licenses to commercial distribution deals and cross-functional Allstate partnerships. 
- Scale new ventures and capabilities. As projects grow, you’ll help build the right team and establish a fast, repeatable product development process designed for rapid experimentation, learning, and market testing. 
- Own and execute a forward-looking product roadmap that builds a pipeline of innovative, customer-centered solutions backed by strong business potential. 
- Advance Allstate’s digital and mobile connectivity strategy by developing products that deepen engagement and strengthen long-term relationships with customers. 
- Launch and sustain new products successfully. Lead go-to-market strategy, launch planning, and ongoing optimization to ensure products succeed and scale in market. 
- Measure what matters. Define outcome-based metrics tied to market opportunity, customer adoption, and business growth across multiple channels. 
Relevant Experience
We’re looking for experienced innovators and product builders who know how to lead, create value, and bring bold ideas to life. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of cross-functional leadership experience and a proven record of driving impact at top companies.

Additional Job DescriptionBase compensation offered for this role is $156,130 -$211,000 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
