Job Description:

• Conduct workshop and lead customers to scalable, reliable and high-availability solution based on their business use case, roadmap and operational benefits 
• Provide suitable design, implement proposed design and document validation test results on VeloCloud
• Conduct remote and onsite technical custom training for Partners
• Handling of escalation during delivery phase and work with engineering, SaaS operations team and support for during deployment phase
• Creating High level and Low-level design documentation based on industry standards
• Creating presentations and capturing technology concepts, client solutions as necessary, training contents, etc,.
• Identifying customer business requirements for long term SASE strategies and Work with Sales engagements, gain customer confidence and interact with business stakeholders.
• Proficient to handle complex task like negotiate customer to feasible design model in workshop, plan cutover window with zero downtime 
• Capable to write design documents and technical articles 
• Create design templates, professional design diagrams templates using Visio/Edraw/Lucidchart tools for team sharing and for customer documentation
• Provide professional services and solution activities for Proof of concept, use-cases development for different industry streamline and enablement 
• Proactively managing escalation from all client levels, engaging technology lifecycle development with product, and coordinating with various internal external stakeholders.
• Expert in understanding of deep technical, business knowledge of Cloud technologies and develop new integrations and solution capabilities.
• Provide API integration solution to customer and meet their requirements 
• Evangelize technical leadership to our customers and partners
• Focus on Strategic partner and enable them to product market reseller using solutions 
• Develop new product portfolios using SASE solution capabilities 

Work Experience/Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field. Relevant year's experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
• Above 10yrs of Network experience as Network Engineer/& Architect + 1 year of Consultancy experience (Or) minimum 8yrs of experience in SDWAN/SASE only required
• SDWAN Specialised (any vendor) certification and/or Professional level industry standard certification is preferred 
• VMware SDWAN is advantage with MEF SDWAN is certification 3yrs experience is good
• Expert knowledge of Layer 3 technologies, including IPv4/IPV6, BGP, OSPF, VRRP, Mulitcast, QOS and VRF 
• Expertise in Data and Voice networks, functionalities like Switching (VLAN, MPLS), Routing, Tunnelling (IPSEC/GRE)
• Expert in Security concepts of Cloud Web security, Enhanced Firewall services, NBFW and ZTNA products features like, Secure access, reverse proxy, CASB, DLP, Sandboxing, RBI etc 
• Expertise in VNF, NFV technologies on both SW/HW and service chaining 
• Better understanding of API integration with OSS/BSS tools and systems
• Experience with internal and external documentation written to varying levels of business and technical oriented audiences.
• Excellent written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Good problem-solving skills and understand full stack of business delivery models 
• Mentor team and lead them to rapid delivery execution model for OPEX reduction

Skills and Qualification

• Primary resource is from networking on SDWAN background, RESTAPI additional addon skill (Basic knowledge)
• Proficient in networking (Data, Voice and Security)
• Good understanding in basic Scripts (codes like Java, Golang, Python etc.)
• Good understanding in responsive web design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work without supervision
• Spanish Speaking is advantage

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $150,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
