Your Impact at The Gunter GroupAs a Senior Consultant at The Gunter Group, you partner closely with clients to deliver meaningful business results by taking ownership of workstreams, collaborating with consulting teams, and leading delivery when needed. You’ll help clients navigate ambiguity by defining clear priorities, applying practical frameworks, and driving outcomes that create lasting value.
Lead High-Impact Client Delivery- Play a key role in client engagement delivery by leading workstreams and guiding TGG teams to successful project outcomes.
- Flex across delivery environments—working as an individual contributor, part of a consulting team, or as a project/team lead embedded with the client.
- Apply structured methodologies, toolkits, and best practices to execute effectively and deliver results.
- Embrace unstructured challenges and turn them into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities where TGG can add value by partnering with client leadership teams.
- Support growth within existing and new client relationships through strong performance, insight, and proactive contribution.
- Collaborate with Account Leads to help develop business and deepen client partnerships over time.
- Partner with client stakeholders at all levels—from individual contributors to senior executives—to align on goals and drive outcomes.
- Work alongside a collaborative team of TGG consultants committed to delivering outstanding client service.
- Engage with TGG partners, principals, account leaders, managers, and staff who support your success on projects and help you grow professionally.
- 6+ years of consulting or related experience with a strong track record of client service and delivering results.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous environments.
- Depth in one or more of our service areas: program/project management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, Agile, organizational design, or business strategy.
- Experience partnering with both business and technology teams to drive outcomes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior audiences.
- Industry or functional expertise in areas such as healthcare, retail, insurance, financial services, supply chain, or data/technology is a plus.
- ERP/CRM/POS project experience and professional certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, etc.) are preferred qualifications, not requirements.

The total expected compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000, consisting of a base salary and variable billing bonus component. Additional compensation may be earned through contributions to account leadership and business development. We discuss compensation and bonus opportunities openly throughout the hiring process.
