- Act as the primary customer-facing operational lead for assigned projects and sites.
- Coordinate Ericsson teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Drive project performance across schedule, quality, budget, and operational objectives.
- Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve implementation challenges.
- Oversee planning, site readiness assessments, construction activities, supplier performance, and rollout execution.
- Ensure compliance with Ericsson, customer, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance throughout implementation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence through KPI management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while fostering collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in telecommunications deployment, implementation, construction, or network operations.
- Proven experience managing large-scale deployment or implementation projects.
- Strong customer-facing experience and ability to manage executive and operational stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive accountability and ownership.
- Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and third-party partners.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of project planning, workforce management, financial management, and KPI tracking.
- Understanding of Ericsson solutions and telecom deployment environments is considered an advantage.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is desirable.
