The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Partner who will serve as a strategic advisor to HR Business Partners and multiple levels of leadership, providing expert guidance on compensation decisions, including promotions, pay adjustments, and job leveling. This role leads the evaluation of job roles using advanced market pricing tools and grading methodologies to ensure accurate classification and competitive salary structures. The analyst conducts complex compensation modeling and data analysis to support organizational transformations, including mergers, acquisitions, and departmental restructurings.

In this senior-level position, the compensation partner plays a crucial role in maintaining internal equity, ensuring legal compliance, and developing compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent. Responsibilities include salary benchmarking, trend analysis, and creating incentive programs and compensation models aligned with business objectives.

Day in the Life:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to advise on pay decisions, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Assess roles using grading methodologies (e.g., Marketpay, market pricing) to determine appropriate job levels and salary structures.
  • Review, update, and refine job descriptions to align with industry standards, ensuring accurate job classifications.
  • Evaluate salary relationships across similar roles to identify inconsistencies and ensure fairness in pay structures.
  • Provide compensation modeling and data analysis for workforce changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, or department restructures or consolidations.
  • Advise on compensation adjustments to retain key talent during reorganizations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Analyze and interpret compensation data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
  • Support annual salary planning and merit increase processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for leaders, highlighting key compensation trends and strategies.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations to maintain competitive compensation structures.
  • Support the development of incentive programs, salary structures, and compensation models to align with business goals.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Five plus years’ direct Compensation experience required.
    • Workday experience preferred.
    • Experience with MarketPay a plus.
    • Experience working with salary surveys, job evaluations, and incentive programs is required.
    • Previous experience consulting and collaborating with HR partners, managers, and senior leaders on compensation matters is required.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field preferred.
    • CCP certification a plus.

    $84,900.00

    to

    $108,200.00

    Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
