POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Commercial System Review Specialist performs all daily functions associated with the review and verification of required Core system input for Commercial, Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Construction loans.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Reviews and interprets the most complicated Commercial loan documentation and approvals to ensure the bank has accurately boarded the loan to Precision, ensuring proper bank reporting.
  • Collects and logs errors and validates proper corrections when errors are identified.
  • Completes imaging of required documentation.
  • Assists with completion of monthly metrics reporting.
  • Analyzes correction data to identify training needs.
  • Monitors turnaround times and communicates with management regarding irregularities.
  • Communicates effectively with Commercial Loan Administration staff.
  • Provides excellent customer service.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of Prosperity policies, procedures, guidelines, and philosophies.
  • Understands and applies Compliance requirements as they apply to Commercial loan system input.
  • Completes annual compliance testing/training/certification on time.
  • Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as required, assigned or directed.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

This role may have supervisory responsibilities.

  • Ability to work overtime when required to meet deadlines.
  • Work environment –The noise level is usually low to moderate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS): 

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years related Commercial Loan experience as described in the above duties.   
  • Must possess very detailed organizational skills and the ability to multi-task job duties.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and a positive customer service attitude. Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as policies, procedures, rules, and instructions, and the ability to write correspondence and other documents.  Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, external professionals and management.
  • Disciplined self-starter requiring little supervision.

Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
40 hours a week
